アカウント削除の手順

SONO-HINO アプリ内から、以下の手順でアカウントを削除できます。

設定画面を開く
アプリのタイムライン画面左上の設定アイコンをタップし、設定画面を開きます。

「アカウント削除」をタップ
設定画面の下部にある「アカウント削除」をタップします。

確認ダイアログで削除を確定
確認ダイアログが表示されます。「削除」をタップするとアカウントが完全に削除されます。
アカウントを削除すると、すべてのデータが完全に削除され、復元できません。削除前に必要なデータがないことをご確認ください。

削除されるデータ

タスクデータ（タイムライン・Someday）完全に削除即時削除
サブタスクデータ完全に削除即時削除
アプリ設定（テーマ・言語）端末のローカルデータを削除即時削除
広告削除の購入情報Apple / Google のアカウントに保持ストア側で管理

メールでの削除リクエスト

アプリにログインできない場合や、その他の理由でアプリ内から削除できない場合は、以下のメールアドレスまでアカウント削除をご依頼ください。ご登録のメールアドレスをお知らせいただければ、5営業日以内に削除を完了いたします。

削除リクエストを送信

件名に「アカウント削除リクエスト」とご記載ください。

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the SONO-HINO app by following these steps.

Open Settings
Tap the settings icon at the top-left of the timeline screen to open the Settings page.

Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and tap "Delete Account".

Confirm Deletion
A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap "Delete" to permanently delete your account.
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data. This action cannot be undone. Please make sure you no longer need any data before proceeding.

Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to log in or cannot delete your account from within the app, please send an account deletion request to the email address below. Provide us with your registered email address, and we will complete the deletion within 5 business days.
